Jim (Red Bear) Day - Athens, TX"I've been throwing since early 2000. I always enjoy the fellowship of meeting other buckskinners at any mountainman pre 1840 era competition. As far as I know I still hold the distance mountainman knife throw in Colorado set in July, 2001 which is 29 feet 10 inches. I'm a charter member of our local Cedar Creek Knife and Hawk Club in Malakoff, Texas and enjoy setting up my lodge every chance at a rendezvous. I'll gladly respond to any email."

I have placed 2nd at the last 3 Rocky Mountain Challenge Championships. I am currently attending Trinity Valley Community College in TX where I also cheer for the 7 time national champion cheer squad."
