Spears
Spears have been around for quite some time! From long, straight tree branches sharpened on one end, to custom made ones with wood burned engravings. Hopefully we'll get a mix of all of them in this section!

Custom Spear From Larry Hood
"These spears are half the weight of the UT-100 and require more finesse in throwing accurately due to their light weight. This design weighs 9oz, and is 65 inches in length. The shaft is high strength graphite fiber tapered tubing (two golf club shafts spliced back-to-back with epoxy and a 6 inch tapered hardwood dowel). The adapter is a 1/4" brass pipe segment. The spear point is a modified throwing knife of high carbon stainless soldered to the pipe.
