Finally I decided to quit smoking and needed "therapy" so I got my old Hibben thrower three, and a 4"x14"x48" piece of bridge plank, and started throwing. Now after work I come home and throw. And, I have seen lots of improvement thanks to the "101 tips."

It just seems to go everywhere but the right area. I use a Cold Steel Sure Flight Thrower. Blade or Handle throw. I could use all the help I can get."
