WHAT'S NEW Hey People! I've been reminded of something this past week... Wisconsin's four degree weather and knife throwing do not mix! Not that I'm back throwing knives yet but I can't imagine trying to get even a couple rounds in out there! But a few more months and it'll all be good, I can't wait!!! UPCOMING EVENT TEXAS STATE KNIFE AND TOMAHAWK CHAMPIONSHIPS "This years event will be April 26th and 27th, 2003. We throw strictly primitive or mountain man style knives and hawks and you must be Pre 1840 dressed to participate." "We have Pro, Amateur and Junior Divisions. Last year we gave away over $5000 in cash and prizes. We had throwers from 5 states participating in the championship!" GUEST COLUMN: A GAME CALLED "IN OR OUT" by Paul Richard To play the game you need two or more players, each with three knives. To start everybody gets three practice throws to find the right rotation. Then the first person throws and any knives that don't stick go to the next player. Then, Player 2 throws his knives, including the ones from Player 1. Any knives that Player 2 doesn't stick, go to the next player. If you run out of knives you are out of the game and you get your three knives back. The game ends when there is only one person left with knives.
